Nicklas beat Kyiv !

The Arsenal beat Dynamo Kyiv 1-0 with a network of Nicklas Bendtner in 87 minute. Arsenal qualifies for the next round in Champions League. Our featured player Nicklas Bendtner fired in a late winner to fire Arsenal into the last 16 of the Uefa Champions League. Arsenal dominated most of the game possesion wise but lacked the killer instict for most of the game.

Nicklas was then introduced with twenty minutes to go for Mexican, Carlos Vela, and he was in the thick of the action as Cesc Fabregas put Van Persie in behind who crossed it in but was just abit to heavy for Nicklas.

In 87 minute Cesc Fabregas Arsenal’s new captain hit a fabulous long ball over the top, Bendtner took it in his stride and thundered it home.

It has been a couple of hard weeks for Bendtner who has recieved some uncalled for critisism on various Arsenal forums and in the media. Some saying ” he was not good enough” some critisising him for his pink boots. Either way he proved the doubters wrong in this match from Uefa Champions League.

Nicklas played in Manchester City – Arsenal 3-0

Arsenal went into this game on the back of a 2-0 defeat at home to Aston villa. Arsenal needed a win but with several first team players out due to injuries and suspensions it was always going to be hard. City almoust took the lead in the 27-th minute after a flowing move, which was started by Shaun Wright-Phillips. He sent Darius Vassell clear and Benjani Mwauwari got a touch to his cross at the back post, only to deflect his effort wide.

Arsenal almoust took the lead from the free-kick with Joe Hart – who had made a quick recovery from an ankle injury – beating away samir Nasri’s shot. The ball broke to Niclas Bendtner and he cleverly hooked it back to Alex Song. He was clear on goal but sent his effort wide from close range.
